Fill these with data you already have (Carta export, spreadsheet, etc.) and import. We do not host a live connection to your warehouse.

Units: rounds preMoney / inv and exit proceeds are in $M. Convertible cap is $M; principal is absolute dollars. Import converts round dollars (and caps) for the modeler. Convertibles are optional / advanced for the IC path — shareholders + rounds + exits are enough.
