- How is this different from capstack.space?
- The free site is a local, no-account calculator. CapStack App adds firm workspaces, saved models, team seats, billing, and CSV/JSON import. The free product is unchanged.
- Where does my data live?
- In a dedicated Postgres database for this product only — not the free site. You can export JSON at any time. We do not connect to Snowflake, AWS, or Carta APIs; you upload files you own.
- Is this a Carta replacement?
- No. It is a pre-decision scenario model, not a system of record.
- How do I sign in?
- Enter your work email. We send a magic link — no password. Check spam if it is not in the inbox within a minute.
- How do I cancel?
- Workspace → Billing → Stripe Customer Portal. Export first if you want a local copy.
- Need an invoice?
- Use the sales form on Contact. Self-serve card checkout is the default.
